Purpose:
To allow skaters to make-up sessions that are cancelled by the Club due to special events, including but not limited to test days, competition simulations, ice shows. This policy does not permit skaters to make-up sessions due to personal reasons.
Policy:
- A skater is allowed to skate on any session that they are qualified for, provided there is space permitting. If due to scheduling, a skater requests to skate on a session that is not their level, a request may be made to the Skating Coordinator to be discussed by the coaching staff.
- All make-up sessions must be skated within a month of the cancellation date. Make-up sessions may be skated before the cancellation date if desired.
- A guest skating form must be filled out by either the coach or skater/parent before stepping on the ice. Please note on the form that this is a make-up session, so the office does not bill for the session.
- The Club reserves the right to turn down a request for a make-up session where safety concerns and numbers warrant.
